Cologne
Cardamom and violet over sandalwood and iris, sprayed on as the last step once the coat is dry.
This goes on last, after the bath, once the coat is dry and brushed through, the way a professional groomer finishes a coat before handing the animal back. It opens on cardamom and violet and settles into sandalwood, iris, musk and amber, close enough to notice and never loud.
A dry, creamy spicy wood. It’s alcohol-based, like the colognes groomers use, so it dries on the coat straight away. No colourant. Nothing to tint a grey or a white coat.
The shampoo carries the same scent, so the wash and the finish smell the same.
Dry the coat first. This is the last step, once the groom is done. Spray from a forearm’s length away. Two or three passes across the shoulder and the flank. Or work it through by hand. Let it dry before they go back out.
Never on the face, the eyes or broken skin.
